Mapping workforce

One of the challenges we face involves mapping the workforce system. We need visual representations of the flow of talent through a regional economy. These maps can help guide our discussions and align our resources, as we looks for leverage points to improve the performance of these systems.

Here are a couple of maps we are using in the Milwaukee 7 region. Both are representations of talent flowing through the regional economy.
