The battle for information technology talent has never been more important or challenging.  To understand this landscape, its helps to learn how talent flows through the system and the challenges faced at every turn.  Take a look at this incredible image  to learn how St. Louis regional stakeholders have analyzed the attraction, development, engagement and retention of IT talent in the region. 

This is part of a larger regional IT talent initiative by Greater St. Louis Works and the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association.  Blair Forlawis the leader behind this great work, funded by the Missouri Division of Workforce Development.  More later on this WIRED-like approach to transfrom the IT landscape in St. Louis...
