Advancing Innovation in Regional Economic Development




VISION STATEMENT

The Health Care Roundtable and its members desire to strengthen the role healthcare plays as a vital segment of the Piedmont Triad economy and as an important resource of the region that fosters overall economic growth.


MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Health Care Roundtable is to advise the Piedmont Triad Partnership Board of Directors on actions related to the deployment of Department of Labor's innovative Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) grant resources within the health care sector and to serve as a forum for cooperative initiatives designed to strengthen the healthcare system within the Piedmont Triad Region.

  • We want to foster interest in and capability of health care careers and use our influence to increase both the scope and capacity of health professions education and training resources so that our region's health manpower needs will continue to be met
  • We value the roles of all industries and employment sectors, both public and private, and desire to increase our cohesiveness with them as we work together to strengthen the region.
