Jason Chapin
Mr. Chapin has spent almost 15 years in workforce development. While at the City University of New York' s JFK, Jr. Institute, he coordinated incumbent training programs for five years for health, education, and human service worker and helped to develop nationally recognized programs that featured mentors, scholarships and contextualized training. After CUNY, he spent five years working for the State University of New York's University Center for Academic and Workforce Development managing education and training programs for underprivileged youth and adults and another couple years at the University's Small Business Development Center coordinating workforce and economic development initiatives.
Most recently, he served on the Southwest Connecticut WIRED Region/CT-NY Talent for Growth Leadership Group and joined The WorkPlace, Inc. in December to serve at WIB Collaboration Manager for the WIRED initiative.
Mr. Chapin graduated from Colgate University and received his M.B.A. from Fordham University. He lives in Chappaqua, New York with his wife and three kids.
